Recruiter - Corporate
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting excellence across the organization. This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification and Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare staffing or a federal contracting environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage 20+ open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a desk of working contractors
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with federal contractor hiring requirements, including VEVRAA, E-Verify, and healthcare credentialing standards preferred
- Demonstrated ability to present and negotiate competitive offers while maintaining alignment with internal compensation guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing candidate or client experience
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Healthcare Administration — equivalent experience will be considered

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer extension
- Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings to identify qualified talent aligned with organizational and contract requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
- Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates to support current openings and anticipated hiring needs
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific channels
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
- Provide hiring managers with regular status updates on open requisitions and pipeline activity
- Assist in compensation discussions by referencing established salary ranges and supporting offer negotiations
- Conduct regular touchpoints with hiring managers to assess recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies
- Maintain and grow a professional network to support ongoing talent identification and relationship-based sourcing
